Leeds based singer/songwriter Connor Leckenby is a an exciting new voice in the indie/pop rock landscape. Armed with emotive lyrics and a knack for an uncanny hook. 
 Connor has performed nationally and internationally including performances in Dubai,Russia and Norway. 
 His brand of sweeping, rock pop, fuses his theatrical musical training with his love of Indie and traditional rock. With influences ranging from Elton John and Queen to the Arctic Monkeys, Connor’s style mashes old school sensibilities with a distinctly contemporary vibe. 
 For Connor it is all about the “emotional connection” to the lyrics, grounded by his life experiences. This is evident in his debut single "Don’t Be Scared" written alongside Nigel Passey which is a heartfelt plaintive piano ballad with an uplifting message and contagiously catchy hook. 
 A talented singer songwriter, Connor has accomplished a lot in a short space of time, emerging as an exciting new talent. 
 Connor has just signed a worldwide management deal with AEC Music and his first release on the label Not Our Story is due for release in June.
